Our Ethos
Our ethos was born from an understanding that entering into the jobs market, either for the first time or the fifteenth, can be an overwhelming experience. So many options at your disposal, so much to learn, so much competition for a seemingly limited number of positions, and so many obstacles in the form of interviews and other high-pressure situations; it is easy to see why so many people feel like giving up. We want to give applicants a better chance to bring their talent to the fore.
Similarly, we understand how difficult it is for employers to connect with the talent they truly need. We want to help businesses make that connection – and in doing so, to drive the economy of Illinois forward.
This reasoning is what led us to form our recruitment agency, in which we can meet the dual needs of candidates and employers in our beloved state. There is talent out there, and there are forums and settings to enable it to flourish. Bringing these two elements together is our passion.

We witnessed two opposing sides striving to reach the same ends but failing. On one side, applicants were forced to navigate an extremely challenging and unforgiving path towards employment, which required a serious slice of luck along the way to achieve what they desired.
On the other side of the picture, employers were reaching out to the staff members and high-level candidates they required, but the disconnect was apparent. The right talent was simply not reaching the right roles. We set out to change this. We set out to introduce a new outlook for recruitment and industry in Illinois. In sum, we set out to disrupt the market.
